| Position: | Temporary Personal Lines Processor |
| Reports To: | PL Processing Supervisor |

| Overall Purpose and Main Objectives: | To perform various processing functions related to new business, in force policy administration and accounting. Be actively involved in all aspects of personal lines processing. |
| Essential Duties & Responsibilities: |
* Enter new client information into processing system * Update policy processing system with remarks and reminders as needed * Issue legal notices of cancellation, non-renewal, and reinstatement on a timely basis * Process Personal Lines endorsements, including cancellations and reinstatements * Audit processing system to provide accurate information and consistent service * Coordinate with team members and supervisor to ensure a high quality product is issued to the insureds * Assist with special projects as needed |
| Required Knowledge and Experience: |
* Associates degree or equivalent business experience * Mathematical aptitude * Intermediate Windows/Word/Excel * Written and oral communication skills * Analytical problem solving ability * Strong interpersonal skills * Strong organizational skills * Ability to prioritize and multitask |
